Blogging for dollars

Happy Friday everyone!
Today I am guest posting over at Homemaker on a Dime. Her series is on Blogging for dollars and she asked if I would share my story.  Of course I will, hop on over and check it out.!

For now, I leave you with a reminder about the

I am very excited to kick off this event.

You know I'm all about the decorating on a dime deal. And I'm always inspired by your last project. But, dear Deb, I spent hours late last night in the Wally World mag rack searching and scouring for a picture to match my cake rack painting fun yesterday. I mean who spends hours in W.W. looking for a picture to match a project. I not sure what I can do now to play along on Monday. First, I do the whole rocking chair bucket of yarn thing. Now this. Back to the drawing board. I hope to come up with something or I may just have to cheat a little. Off to see what everyone else is doing on a dime.

I've got mine ready except that I need to draft my post about it. Mine is very simple and in fact really the reverse. I had mine done already and THEN saw it used in a magazine. Ha!

Very cute. I will pop over and visit the blog your are guesting on. I don't think I have ever been there yet. Thanks! Hope you are ready for the weekend. Mama, Charles-In-Charge, BigBoyE and I are all headed home today for the next 4 or 5 days. We got all my daughter's decorations up for Christmas at her house. It looks very cute. Maybe I'll snap a few pictures.

Hope your Friday is wonderful! xo Diana

Found you from Homemaker On a Dime..I will admit I am decoration challenged. I absolutely love to see decorations well done, but I feel like its pointless to attempt it..I call myself a minimalist, but maybe I'm just a liar. So glad to have found you, maybe I'll gain another vision so I can do this decoration thing.

Hi Debbie,

That was such a wonderful post. Take it from someone like me who has wanted to do so much more with my blog but can't right now because I work outside the home. I have found blogging to be so much fun. Just the fact of making new friends not to mention all of the inspiration I have gotten. I have to say you have definitely made me and I know so many other's feel welcome to this blogging world. There are so many incredible blogs out there but it seems like to you they are all the same. You treat everyone with the same respect and attention and you really make a difference. You have no idea how someone with a small blog like mine and not much time to dedicate to it feels when someone like you visits and leaves a comment. It is really motivating and inspiring. I'm sure there will be even greater, well deserved opportunities for you in the future. Thanks for being you and helping out the newbies and making them feel special.

Blessings to you always!! ~Marie
