FrOm TrAsh to TreAsure~

This was my very first SUMMER redo project. Thrown to the curb and disposed of as junk! That certainly is not the way I saw this gem.  Very heavy piece at that, I managed to throw it in the back of my SUV and off I went.  I already had a color in mind, and could not wait to get started. First things, first. Clean this baby up.
I used a mild dish soap and cloth and wiped it down.  The piece had some substantial rusty spots that I lightly sanded.  Because the piece was light, I did not feel it needed to be primed.
I have had it for over a year now, and the spray paint job has held up well.
Come take a look for your self.

Pretty bad shape, and then the miracle unravels right before your very own eyes...
And TAA DAA..........

Added some fun colorful accessories and I have a pretty display piece for the summer!
If only they could see it now.

Trip down Main Street...I mean Lowe's!

This was a table scape I was so excited to do because of an inspiration I had seen, shown below. Everything in my yard is very green and plush now, I will be doing another outdoor tablescape soon. I am linking up with Susan from Between Naps on the Porch.  Participating in Tablescape Thursay.  Please go check out some more awesome inspiration!

KnocK off inspiration... I really wish my trees where green, however, I will take some outdoor photos when they are, it is spectacular back there! I recently posted  table scape inspirations for outdoor dining.  As you can see I did my own take on it.  The place mats are from the dollar tree.  The bandana's I had already.  The planter was purchased at Walmart with the tulip centerpiece, for under $20.00.  THis was fun and fresh and I hope you too where inspired.
