So yesterday I decided I woUld try YOgA at the YMCA.  I do not relax enough and thought this is a good start to the New Year...ya know seeing I know my purpose now.  I enjoyed it very much.  Well Jack my 8 year old son who is also a Black belt was very excited that I tried Yoga.  On his way to KaRate yesterday he asked me how the class was, I said "it was wonderful, the teacher even gave us mini massages with lemon oil".  He said Oh yes Mom I see in China they use lemon juice, and ya know it even makes the Chinese fly!  I said Jack that is impossible humans can't fly, I said perhaps in his Zen mind he was flying, he said "Mom you always tell me AnYthing is possible" so I know this was real!
Kids say and think the funniest things sometimes!!~ Do you have any funny kid stories?? Please share.....

Well this is just a mildly amusing comment from my daughter to my mom. She was at the Racquet Club with my mom and she saw a sign -$4.00 per tan. So she asks my mom what's that for? My mom explains and she then tells my mom well go get me some goggles and my price will be $2.00 since I am only half the size of adults that use it! I had to laugh when I heard this story from my mother. Kid's really do have some theories on things that are humorous to say the least!

You know how older men sometimes have hairy nostrils and some don't know to trim it? Well when my son was very young we were in church and it was over and a man friend of ours walked over and he bent over and was saying something to my son when all of a sudden my son says, "why do you have hair hanging out of your nose?" I thought I would just die with embarrassment, but now can laugh about it.

Another time when my son was three years old we were going in the house and we had three steps up to the door in our old house. My son tripped and hit the steps as he was walking up and he blurted out dammit, dammit, dammit and I was literally shocked and I was trying so hard not to laugh! What shocked me was that a three year old new to say that when he got hurt especially since my husband and I never cussed around them and I still don't. I am sure he got it from watching t.v. though.

We were at Taco Bell one day and the boy working was obese. I don't mean just obese, I mean OBESE. Poor kid. Jemma was just two and as we were at the counter said, "Momma, why his face so fat?" I thought I was going to DIE!!!!!! I just talked about how God makes all of us special and different.

The other day we came out of the doctor's office and two African American ladies were talking with a distinct southern accent. Jemma, the darling, goes, "Where they hell are they from?" I felt like the mom in The Christmas Story!!!! WHAAAAAT? Then we went into Walmart and she picked up a thing and said, "What the hell is this?" Good grief. I about beat my husband that night. That is definitely his phrase. We had a long talk about how she is 4 now. Not 4 months and does repeat EVERYTHING you say!

Oh my!

Oh Kathryn that made me laugh so hard, there is nothing funnier to me than a little kid cussing, I know it's wrong, and my kids never did it...I only swear in silence! LOL...
