I have a few images of summer time too. Shorts, flip flops, sleeveless shirt, the top down and the wind blowing in my.....oh yeah...over my head, baseball, BBQ, lawn chairs, the beach, the lake, relaxin'.
Dreams do come true!!! Spring will be here soon!!

I gotta tell you -- I have always wanted to wear a bikini, but have never had the body for it, or at least I didn't think so. I was very self-conscious.
Well things have changed. If I had the body, I would wear some of the sexiest things you can imagine, including a bikini, thus my quest to lose 20 pounds!
Bring it on, summer!

Cute outfit in the first pic, but oh how that last pic is how my back is trying to look. Yes, can't wait to get pedicures again. Some people do it all winter, but I don't. Only in the warm months.
Me too Kim! Why waste the money in Winter? yes your feet feel good and look pretty, only to cram them in boots so I am with ya on that!
The mind is ready for spring and summer but the body is so NOT ready!!! Outer Banks, the first week in July, how many weeks do I have to get "tankini" ready???!!! That outfit is super cute, how'd you do that?

I will be looking for my new "granny swimsuit"and looking forward to those wonderful ped's...at least our feet can look good,right?

It snowed in north Georgia yesterday. I have said when this winter is over I am burning my coat.

Debbie~ We had a tsunami warning on Saturday, it was fine I don't think we even had big waves. But in between the rain showers we have been getting a lot of sunshine....one day it even felt like it was summer, but then it went back to being just cold. Here in Cali we have moody weather, you just never know what you will get. Have a wonderful day! Denise

Love the flip flops--can't wait to retire the Uggs, get a pedicure and wear my new flip flops. But never a bikini! I agree. Not on this 56 year old body. Your post was cute!

Friends just got back from Cancun and they said it wasn't as nice there either, in fact the all inclusive (drinks) was the highlight of their trip! Summer is my least favorite holiday(I really hate super hot humid days)but I cannot wait until summer. I really just need some sun and heat right now!
