SprAying ouT of ConTrol

I am very excited to share my latest spray paint project. Ok, so this is how crazy I get with projects. I started a couple of weeks ago doing my garden.  Seeing I am not much of a green thumb, I do more decorating outside than anything. Here is my outdoor tour...http://debbie-debbiedoos.blogspot.com/2010/04/whimsy-in-garden-and-all-our-hard-work.html.  I start with one project, and before you know it I did 10 more.  Seriously, I am loving this yellow spray paint.  I even had a neighbor stop her car today and tell me how much she liked the bench.  I thought I would plant some pretty purple Salvia along side.  I have luck with that plant, and it comes back every year.  So what do you think from Black to Yellow? Next year who knows what color kick I will be on!

The Before Look, some of you liked it black.

The after!

In the past two weeks I have bought about 10 cans, $2.97 a can, and I painted how many things....I will get back to you on that!

And thanks for all your help on the name of this lovely rose vine.  It is lady Banks, and I love it! Have a great weekend!~

I'm currently taking a break from my container gardening so I thought I'd comment on your post. I love the bench yellow! I liked it black, but I bet it stands out more now! And, the yellow goes well with the blue accents on your porch, too. I'm going to do some painting today, too :)

Debbie, I love the yellow on that bench better than the black. Look how it just pops!! I have purple and white salvia I planted for the first time last year and it has come back strong and getting little buds.

I'm loving your creativity. And so fab chic...and you are a designer queen!

On the other hand...I am wondering if they have spray paint rehab for you. You aren't huffing the paint are you? Just kidding. Anyway...gold is the in color for huffing. LOL.

Lady Banks looks lovely! So beautiful- your garden is one to vie for!

I like both black and yellow. Black had this antique look. Yellow looks regal. Very pretty! I'm going to watch out for all the fun stuff you do when i come back.

Oh I just love roses and the one in your photo is just beautiful. I so wish we lived somewhere that greenery would flourish instead of somewhere only desert plants do well! I love the yellow - so much more decadent than black, I think you have set a new trend!

I have a lady banks rose vine. It is on the downside. We get to enjoy it for about three weeks. The next heavy rain will clean it off of blooms i'm afraid. Love your color touches around your house. I am looking for an iron bench for out front.

LOVE the yellow!

I've bought several cans of Krylon spray paint, and it drips ~ I've never had that trouble with any other brand. Anyone else have that problem with it?

Love it! I have been debating on getting some yellow spray paint and painting SOMETHING. Not sure what yet but I have been wanting something fun like that. 2 years ago I sprayed my adirondack chairs a navy blue but maybe they need a change and yellow should be it?! hmmmm
