THis Partay is ROCKIN!~ Let's keep it going....

I swear to you when I tell you I had nothing to do with this.  My youngest son Jack, loves playing with his legos and bionicles....it is a huge hobby for him to build, rebuild and create his own.  He has been like this since a very young age, very creative little guy! Well the other day he came to me and said "Mom I really want this guy to be all blue" we can spray paint him right? OMG...well I said certainly we can Jack...my next trip to the Walmart I will get you a special blue just for you.  So here it is the B & A Bionicle.  You will see he took off special pieces that he wanted to accent with color.  Jack was involved in every step of the way process.  He is so happy! I have a feeling this will not be the last of it.

See all his special pieces in the hat...he really loved being a helper!
No changing your mind now Jackster!
He is so happy! Thanks for joining in on the B& A party! Can't wait to see what you all have to share. NOW you all know the rules to linking to parties. ALSO, something I have learned in the blogging process and party attending...is if you want traffic and comments you have to give them too...it really does work like that, and work well.  Also it is a great way to get meet more blogging friends. SO remember if you want your post looked at...go to a few others first....

You are a good role model. Instead of buying new toys, change what you love. Great job Debbie! (I put that pic of the lampshade just for you, btw, You inspired me with your lampshade in your guestroom, now I have some ideas in the works. Thanks!)

How cute is that?! Two of my three boys LOVED legos...building, tearing apart...rebuilding. My twenty year old still occasionally drags his out and fiddles with them, my fourteen year old has a HUGE pile in his floor right now that he is "reinventing". :-) in all their ingenuity however, they never did ask to paint their master pieces. Your son must truly value the things you do. I'm with the lady from the cape....LOVE your new header and background...SOOO much faster!

OMG! That is a hoot! I am laughing right along with ya, cause my youngest, soon to be 17, just repainted his XBox all black. LOL! He did take the shell off cause he was modifing it, but isn't that funny! This just goes to show you they really do pay attention to us more then we think, huh? I love his blue bionicle. I can't wait to see what colors he ventures into next. I guess we know now which side of the family Jack most resembles. LOL! I LOVE IT!!!

How sweet!! I remember a friend telling me that one of the most important things we can give our kids is our own passion - when they watch us live passionately, they are enabled. Obviously, because he watches you - he knows what is possible!! Yeah Mom!!

Hi Debbie! I love your new header - so chic! :)
Look at that little handsome guy! I remember these days...stepping on the tiny little pieces with my bare tootsies, vacuuming up those tiny pieces and the sound it made, pulling them out of my youngest ones mouth! Oh, the days! :)
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)

Oh Debbie, they are such chips off the old block! My son has seen me set many buffets and table for parties. When he went to college he was having a party and set up the buffet table, with things at different heights etc. when friends showed up they asked if he had his Mom over to set it up! Debbie I noticed that your page loads quickly now, of course you were alway worth the wait!!
