I am on a creative High, need your HELP though!

WOW 2011 has come in with full force for me!
My Mind is going a hundred miles a minute with creative ideas.
Now this one I am shocked my husband is letting me do, JUST shocked.
But my question is, do you like it? Should I keep going? I only planned on every other stair. Worse case scenario the back of these stairs needed to be painted. Full of scuffs and such from the boys. So what do you think? HELP!!~
Thank you....

Here is a sneak peek into something I am really having fun doing.

I think it looks fabulous, Debbie. If you ever get tired of it you can always paint over it. I like it alot. Curious about the rooster though!

Do what you LOVE! Do you LOVE it? If so, embrace it. It doesn't really matter what I think, it's your home...but since you asked, girlfriend :)

I'm not a fan.

I like it and think it looks great Debbie! Go with your gut feelings. You obviously have great decorating skills. If it were me, I would go with your original plan of every other step and see how it looks. If it does not look too busy then I would try filling in the remaining steps a few at a time to see how it looks. Like another reader said, it can always be repainted.

Looking good, Debbie. You are on a roll. I think I would start with every other step. My mind is full, too. Weird. I didn't think I would have much going on after Christmas.

Do you LOVE it? That's what matters. If you're not sure, do every other step or even every few. It's just paint and can be painted over! Happy New Year crafty mama!

I think it looks just great! Makes me want to rip the green carpet right off my stairs! I love the idea of doing it every other stair just so that the stenciling really stands out. I'm glad we all get to benefit from your creative high with all of this great inspiration!

Looks wonderful. After all as I always say, "It's just paint, I'm not knocking down the walls." If you tire of it, then just paint over it. Hugs, Marty

I say every other stair too but I have to say, that looks like the most tedious work ever!! I don't think I could do it. HA!

Go for it! Worse case you will paint over it like you said you needed to anyway. I would do every other stair too. Have fun!

Creative and High all in one sentence. Surprised, of course not... he-he.... You go girls.

First, how many steps? Remember odd numbers are better. If it works I would start with every other and then take a day or two admiring your work to see if it needs more. Sometimes, less is better....just my thoughts on this one.

Now, what the heck is that rooster doing and a better question is what's he on.

Okay- You asked. I am thinking every other step or it might be a bit too much. You can always go back and do the ones in between if you want . Kinda fun and when you are tired of it...paint it out.

My mind is whirling too and I have had so much to do at work that I haven't had a chance to do anything fun yet...but the time is coming! Hugs- Diana
