Coffee talk series, Are you influenced?

Sooooooo..
many influential bloggers out here, it is hard to keep up with all of them and their amazing projects and creativity!
This past two years I would say, starting off on Rate my space and then expanding my horizons to blogging, I have learned so much. Although, always creative, I would say I have grown.
If I see something I really like, I think what can I do to make it more personal to me?
I usually come up with something.
If you have been reading my blog for a while now,
you know I am colorful..
Yes, I have used ever single one of these colors, on something or another
And to some, I am  even known as the SPRAY paint Queen!
I have always loved me some spray paint, and that has been for many years now.

So anyhow, I got to thinking about influences and whom...
has been influential to you out in blog land?
Has she perhaps encouraged you to step outside your comfort zone and try something new and exciting?

Now that Spring is fast approaching..
You know what I will be doing very shortly,
right?
I invite you to do the same... and show it off here ON
March 25th...
we will call this party,
"Color my World"

Now I am sorry to say,
Black nor white, do not count, I am not saying they are bad
However, they are not on the color wheel.
http://projects.ischool.washington.edu/tabrooks/424/ColorData/ColorWheel.gifI know last year, a lot of gals started spray painting garden accessories, and home decor, because of my influence, well at least that is what they said.
I can tell you many of my friends around my parts of town started spray painiting their world too.

I am hoping this year I can recruit some more, and I want everyone to see it.
Have fun!
See you back on March 25th.
Not showing you the cap, but this will be used for my next project.

Oh one last thing!
I know the weather may not be great in all your parts, so I am thinking, go get yourself a tarp and do it the garage or basement.
Just be sure to remove the can PROMPTLY when finished.
or else....
you may have a big mess..
been there,
done that!
Did I mention this party is only for SPRAY PAINT?!
SO let me know if you are in!

And I must not forget this lovely piece, that can be Yours

I don't think that I have spray painted anything during this century. Not even sure about this past century!

I may just have to give it a try. If I do, and I don't end up with more paint on me than on my target, then I will definitely be up for this rainbow fest!

Oops! So sorry. I wrote that post yesterday and forgot to edit it with a link. All fixed now. :) Thanks so much for hosting the newbie party!

Also, I love the colors of spray paint you chose... I love the idea of making something fit into your world, even if it is so far off.

Have a great day :)

Sounds like fun! I've painted some furniture but I always use a brush! The last thing I spray painted, are you ready, was a 5 ft. Christmas tree this year! I wanted a white tree, didn't want to pay the price, so I got a $20.00 Home Depot tree, spray painted it white, then added silver and gold, it was beautiful! My one mistake, I didn't tape the lights . . . so I scrapped paint off the lights for an hour.

I am one of the one's who started spray painting influenced by you, of course.
I've been waiting (not so patiently) for the weather to warm up around here so I can get my spray paint on!

Is white a color? Actually I can't spray at all:( I have to do everything with a brush. We have a carport but if they see one tiny little speckle that needs cleaning up they'll fine us. I've heard wonderful things about Krylon tho, that it sticks to just about everything!
