Shabby chic, eclectic style Master bedroom office

Seeing yesterday I was bragging on my husband, I thought I would continue on that path today.
Men love attention too, and they love to be bragged on.  I told him how you all love his gift to me.
He smiled! It really is the simple. Thoughtful, little things they do, that mean the most.
Mike loves his new private space.  He can go and download his music, catch up on the Buffalo Bills, have his own computer time now.
let me share, and in the interim I will also share some precious gifts he has given me through the years.
I finally was able to bring out two more pieces that I have had tucked away, as they did not go anymore with our decorating motif.
I made them work now...
Mike's new computer desk. Found at World Market.  The laptop, mp3 player, wires, cell phones, etc are all tucked away now nice and neat. This piece  goes perfectly with the trunk in front of our bed.  I like how everything is some way or another tied together, without everything being matchy.

Now let me share some of my romantic gifts...
Oh the lamp, 1940's bought off of ebay over 10 years ago. It was in the boys gameroom, we like it in here.

This and the hour glass I have had out for many years...and you have seen...

Holding hands, signed, sculpture. Mike was in  furniture sales while going through college.  They had some nice stuff, and I would get good gifts, even though I don't know how he bought them ( I think they had layaway plan)  He was a poor college student, like the norm!

This is an interesting piece, because it is so real looking, it even kinda looks like my Husband.

Don't forget I have my online Scentsy party going on now too.
This is a night light plug in.So many cute ones to choose from.
I have mums and marigolds scenting in the bathroom now...it smells so very good!
This is the last day to get in on the chalk paint giveaway.
I will be announcing the winner tomorrow.

I would like to congratulate Tracy
from All thumbscraftsblogspot, who just signed on as a new Scentsy rep in North Dakota!
Congrats Tracy, so glad to have you on board.  So many wonderful opportunities, and I can't wait til you get started!
I appreciate your trying scentsy, and am certain you will become a big Scentsy fan after you have.
Thank you.XO

You have done a really good job of pulling it all together,Deb. I remember those sculptures from several years ago -they were in a very upscale decorating gallery here. I like that they are so uunique! I'd say you got a pretty good guy there! Maybe you should tie him to that new iron bed so he doesn't get away. Oh..wait...maybe he would like that a tad too much! xxoo Diana

It is the emotions and sentiment behind the "stuff" that give a room its soul. Thanks for sharing the soul of your room. That makes it even more beautiful!
