Dining Tuscan style, and something BIG!

Good evening everyone!
As I sit here in front of my computer with a green mud mask on, I am thinking of my exciting weekend ahead.
So how about a little Tuscan food tonight?
Oh wait, you want to know what is so exciting right?
I have to put on my Sunday's best, because I am meeting a very special friend on Friday..a blogging friend whom we go back BB (before blogging). I am going to say it is over two years now since we have first virtually met on HGTV/RMS

I just kinda sprung it on her last week, that we would be passing her exit on our way down to visit another friend.

Did I mention I cut my own bangs too, and they are mussed up now?
Oh well....that is totally something I would do before any big day.
Lucy, is pretty excited,
and all I have to do is mention go BYE ,BYE in the car and she is running to the door.
She is going to meet a blogging dog too you know.
I know my friend , well enough by now, and she is busy, busy, busy, cleaning, decorating, who knows what she is painting by the time we get there...
Hopefully her Mr. is NOT working too hard.
It is only us, and we are only there for a short but very sweet visit.
Some of you may already know who it is, as she has mentioned it a time or two already.
Hope you enjoyed the meal!
Here is the recipe.
I did not add the pancetta this time.  I did last time and it was delicious, but even without it, it is.
Can't wait Kim! See you Friday around noonish!
I have to say I kinda feel like a kid going to the North Pole or something for the first time. The anticipation is killer! In a good way...

Oh and one more thing, there will be a SPECIAL announcement on Friday and I am also very excited about that.  I will be bringing my laptop with me so I can update you more as the details arise.
YOU WON'T want to miss it!
