$3.00 Goodwill table, is getting it's run for the money!
I made quite the investment last year when I spied this old phone table from Goodwill!
It was a hideous color to begin with..but for 3.00 I said what the hay!
Then I transformed it to this....
Funny, Country Woman magazine liked that as well, and featured it
You never know what may catch someones eye!
Today, I have kicked it up just a notch...
perhaps I could sell it for

I used my ASCP, Provence blue,
dark wax, which btw I am starting to like a tad more..
and then I used a wire brush to sand it..
I liked the scratchy look.
I also liked how some of my previous color peeked through, makes it look a bit more aged and has some history. I bet if it could talk it would!
I have to say I am really enjoying this little space revamp in the past several weeks!
The best part is, FREE pallet+GOODWILL table= CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP!
and FUN!

Stop you are killing me. I can barely keep up. But, the good news is I have some supplies and am ready to go. I can't wait, but will probably hold off till the weekend when it's cooler side. Yes, there is some paint involved.

I love the new look and I too am learning to like the dark wax. I'm finding a good coat of the clear FIRST really makes a difference.

I have a table that is very similar to that one in my garage. I was going to donate it to goodwill. You have inspired me to keep it and give it a facelift. I'm going to sift through my magazines and see what I can come up with for your challenge. Sounds like fun! :-)
