Magazine copy cat challenge...let's get it ON!

Let's get it on....
(Marvin Gaye)
"We're all sensitive people, with so much to give"....
(ahhh sugar)
corny I know, you should expect that
Time to party girls......
            WHOO HOO!!~~~~~~~
So let me begin by saying, I do think this challenge was a bit more difficult for me this time.
Why?
Because I planned it.
I do much better when things just spontaneously pop in my head.

I will tell you..this is NOT an exact..However, it is the same premise, all the same elements and  all the same accessories.
I had to have a pop more color! because that's just ME!

Had to add a little vintage to mine as well....

I scored these beautiful napkins from an antique mall in Orchard Park, NY.

I believe they were $1.00 a piece.
Silverware and chargers purchased last year at World Market.
Dishes purchased several years back at Marshalls.

These are faux limes and lemons...
I had absolutely everything on hand I needed.
I told you mine is a little more colorful....
that's not all folks...
hold on...

This was my inspiration....

As I mentioned...every element on the table is replicated on my table...
with my own twist!

Hot dang! That was fun...

Now let's see what  you copied!

Have fun visiting some of the other participants.  All of you put a lot of thought, and effort into this challenge and I do not want anyone to go unnoticed.
I Plan on making this a monthly meme, so no worries, hop in next time!

No, I haven't been sitting here all day waiting. I just got done sweeping the garage, windexing the glass tables, sprucing up the house for the MIL. But, a girl needs a break every now and then.

What a fab-u-l-ous table you do set my friend. You know how I feel about all the color. Great job and I like your's better by the way. Maybe, cause I know the company around is going to have a totally awesome time.

Thanks again for doing this again. You have kept my mind very very actively thinking creatively with this one.

Now, back to the chores...yuck... but I will be back to check and see what everyone else has been putting together. Fun, fun, fun.

Hopefully that worked. Thanks girls for joining in, and even the ones sho did not, enjoy the rest of the copy cats!

Beautiful! I love your more colorful version! So very fun, and so very you!

I was so excited when you announced the date for the copycat party, and even picked a magazine page to copy. But then the flood hit, and I've been knee-deep in poop ever since. OK not literally, but there was raw sewage in the river, and I definitely had to hose off my boots at the end of the last few days. Hopefully I'll be able to join the next one.

Until then, I'll enjoy all the terrific copycats everyone else is sharing. Thanks for sharing your fun tablescape and for hosting this terrific party.
