Come, walk with me

A lot of us women are focusing this year on our health, fitness and toning up our bods!
I love to walk, hate to RUN! I love where I live, so many places and trails to walk or run. Let me take you along this morning's walk.
Some of you have mentioned you would love to walk with me, I would enjoy the same.
So if we can't do it physically together, how about a virtual one.
Sun just starting to peek through, it is best I get my walk over with first thing in the morning, or else it would never happen.
It's not an easy walk. I live in an extremely hilly area.  I love it though, it is peaceful, and so beautiful to look around. I never tire of it. It goes by fast when you have a friend or two to walk along.
This is the back of our local club house, it is a really pretty, Golf course and Lake community.
For coming along with me today. Do you take walks, run, hit the GYM?
Oh and ladies don't forget the pet party on Monday.
See you then.

Lovely little walk, Debbie Dear! What a beautiful area you live in! I have an exercise bike sitting right behind me and I think it's collecting cobwebs! :)
Be a sweetie,

Jealous!! I'd walk a lot more if my scenery equalled yours ... I get to look at construction workers and annoying kids :)

Oh, and I LOVE that doggie sign!

Look at you braving the cold. If I walk now it has to be later in the day when it is warmer. I have got to get back to it. You are so lucky to have trails close by. I have to drive to a park.

I always say the only way I'm running is if someone is chasing me with a knife! So yes, I love walking too. It's always been a big part of my day... first with the dog and then with the kids! Even when we lived up north with huge snow drifts!

We just got back from a walk around our block to the park. The boys are 2 & 4 and I make them walk to get all that energy out!! :)

What a wonderful walk Debbie! I especially love the second and third pictures! I like to walk and since I do not have a pretty neighborhood, I take full advantage of the parks in my area and walk on their trails whenever possible. Unfortunately, they are not open at dawn which is when I prefer to do my walking so that means I still have to take my morning walk in my less than scenic neighborhood.

What a beautiful place to walk! I do get out and walk in the mornings around our farm(otherwise like you, I would never do it). If the weather is bad, I just work out with Wii Fit Plus.

What a beautiful walk. I'm a tennis player and the court is my favorite gym. My parents walk three miles a day...I bet they would walk even more if they had as nice as place as you do to walk.

What a pretty walk that must be! I love the dog sign, that's so cute. We have a lot of trails by us but they're very hidden and I get spooked to go by myself!

The warm weather here makes me feel like I should really productive, which I'm not being. Kind of hard to curl up and do nothing when the sun is shining and the birds are chirping!

I am jealous of your walk too... especially those trails. I have a beautiful peaceful walk but no trails, it's on the road. Luckily, the traffic is pretty low where I live but still I would prefer a trail, especially open ones like yours. We always want what we don't have. LOL! Thanks for sharing this...now I am feeling really bad about backing out of the partay, maybe you should take it! Please! Do I see a wellness Wednesday in your future? :))

For myself... I am a runner. I just love it, although some think im crazy. It's like a high for me. I typically run 3-4 days a week, 4-6 miles at a time. It feels awesome!
