Come, walk with me
A lot of us women are focusing this year on our health, fitness and toning up our bods!
I love to walk, hate to RUN! I love where I live, so many places and trails to walk or run. Let me take you along this morning's walk.
Some of you have mentioned you would love to walk with me, I would enjoy the same.
So if we can't do it physically together, how about a virtual one.
Sun just starting to peek through, it is best I get my walk over with first thing in the morning, or else it would never happen.
It's not an easy walk. I live in an extremely hilly area. I love it though, it is peaceful, and so beautiful to look around. I never tire of it. It goes by fast when you have a friend or two to walk along.
This is the back of our local club house, it is a really pretty, Golf course and Lake community.
For coming along with me today. Do you take walks, run, hit the GYM?
Oh and ladies don't forget the pet party on Monday.
See you then.

Lovely little walk, Debbie Dear! What a beautiful area you live in! I have an exercise bike sitting right behind me and I think it's collecting cobwebs! :)
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
Jealous!! I'd walk a lot more if my scenery equalled yours ... I get to look at construction workers and annoying kids :)
Oh, and I LOVE that doggie sign!
What a beautiful place you have to walk, Debbie! It looks very peaceful!
Wow! What a beautiful place to walk...and paved! Our little park has a walking track...filled with gravel. I have turned my ankle plenty of times! Not fun! Have a great Thursday :)
What a great place to walk! I love that little doggie sign...I wish I had one!

Thanks for taking us to walk. Your place is beautiful, the last sign of "NO" on the dog's action is "lovely" !
Look at you braving the cold. If I walk now it has to be later in the day when it is warmer. I have got to get back to it. You are so lucky to have trails close by. I have to drive to a park.
Thanks for this virtual walk Debbie ! It's amazing !! Love those pictures !!
xx
What a pretty walk, Debbie~ you live in a really lovely area!
Nice walk Deb!! Have a great day. Loved the poopin' doggin'!!
Boy, that walk did me good ,I feel alot better. Thanks for bringing me along.I liked that hilly path and the cute doggy sign.
What a gorgeous place to walk! You live in such a beautiful part of the country. We were hit with another snow storm last night. Ugh!
I'm with you, walk, don't run! Oh, how I wish it was warm enough to walk! Thank you for taking me on your walk! Oh, love the doggie "no" sign! LOL!!!
Beautiful walk, Debbie! It may be the only one I get today!! LOL! Thanks for sharing.

That last little picture is hilarious, but a good message! I like to walk my hood, it is peaceful, but I would love to walk where you are:)
Thanks for the walk! Beautiful hills :)
Well it would be nice if my weather was like yours. we have another round happening as I write this, So please take a walk for me.
I always say the only way I'm running is if someone is chasing me with a knife! So yes, I love walking too. It's always been a big part of my day... first with the dog and then with the kids! Even when we lived up north with huge snow drifts!
We just got back from a walk around our block to the park. The boys are 2 & 4 and I make them walk to get all that energy out!! :)
You live in such a beautiful area, and all your photos are gorgeous..A walk like this, who could resist?
Love the No Poo sign. :o)
What a wonderful walk Debbie! I especially love the second and third pictures! I like to walk and since I do not have a pretty neighborhood, I take full advantage of the parks in my area and walk on their trails whenever possible. Unfortunately, they are not open at dawn which is when I prefer to do my walking so that means I still have to take my morning walk in my less than scenic neighborhood.

So pretty! What a walk to do every day!! You are so fortunate to have trails and paths like that!! I have to exercise first thing in the morning too or I'll never get to it.
What a beautiful community you live in, Debbie! I love taking walks in my neighborhood too.
What a beautiful place to walk! I do get out and walk in the mornings around our farm(otherwise like you, I would never do it). If the weather is bad, I just work out with Wii Fit Plus.
What a beautiful walk. I'm a tennis player and the court is my favorite gym. My parents walk three miles a day...I bet they would walk even more if they had as nice as place as you do to walk.
You live in a beautiful area, Debbie...I would really enjoy a walk here. And I do walk, no running for this one! ;-D
XO,
Jane
What a peaceful place to walk. I love the meditation that happens on a beautiful walk like that! I do my best thinking in the shower and on walks!
Thanks for taking all of us on such a beautiful walk. I miss my walks in the morning! I've been watching my grandsons everyday (Mon-Fri) for the past three months and they arrive at 5:30 a.m. Hopefully, I'm be walking again real soon.
Have a wonderful day,
Gail
Walking is so good for every one. I normally walk 2 miles every day. This is why you look so fabulous in jeans! ♥O
What a pretty walk that must be! I love the dog sign, that's so cute. We have a lot of trails by us but they're very hidden and I get spooked to go by myself!
The warm weather here makes me feel like I should really productive, which I'm not being. Kind of hard to curl up and do nothing when the sun is shining and the birds are chirping!
I could walk with you everyday, it so beautiful
What a beautiful walk, I really enjoyed it! Beautiful area. I love walking, running, jogging and pretending to dance lol. Hate the gym!
I am jealous of your walk too... especially those trails. I have a beautiful peaceful walk but no trails, it's on the road. Luckily, the traffic is pretty low where I live but still I would prefer a trail, especially open ones like yours. We always want what we don't have. LOL! Thanks for sharing this...now I am feeling really bad about backing out of the partay, maybe you should take it! Please! Do I see a wellness Wednesday in your future? :))
Wowwie! The scene near your home is so pretty! I wondered if these were real, briefly!! Breathtakingly beautiful!
Awww Deb your killin me! Im dying to move to SC, and these pictures just make me want to get there sooner. I would walk twice a day with that view. I have a joggers stroller all ready to go. lol Beautiful scenery!!
I enjoyed our walk! I'm wondering what we wore...did we need to bundle up? It really looks beautiful and I LOVE to walk! It's much easier...and goes by faster with a friend! Thanks for taking me along! Hugs! ♥
You have a beautiful area to walk through! Totally jealous!
For myself... I am a runner. I just love it, although some think im crazy. It's like a high for me. I typically run 3-4 days a week, 4-6 miles at a time. It feels awesome!
Debbie, I couldn't agree with you more... I hate running too! and if I don't excercise first thing in the morning (like 4:30) it never gets done.... hummm.... kind of like my house cleaning ;D
I walk every morning at 5:30! Cold and dark, I like your walk much better!
Thanks for the walk Deb, missed mine today but glad to go on yours. I love that doggie sign too, really cute but gets the message across I'm sure:)
Your photos are beautiful! I love to walk outside most. I am blessed with beautiful scenery in my neck of the woods, too! Have a blessed weekend!
Now if only it would stop raining around here long enough for me to enjoy a walk without getting soaked! :-) Thanks so much for linking this up to the party! Oh, and I just had to tell you that I was able to refer a new blogger over to you today for some great tips!
Vanessa
Beautiful area to walk! Yes, I love to walk. No running anymore ~ ruined my knees. :-( Being outside and in nature warms my heart.
