Newbie party going on now!

I had this little tray for sometime. It was a score from Goodwill for a buck.
It was silver, then I painted it this pretty golden yellow and added a slight stain to it.
I once stenciled a rooster on it, and it used to be shown on my old blog header.
Well today I decided to chalk board paint it and chalk the rooster stencil.
Just playin around I guess.
I used the craft chalk board paint, very easy to work with...
I can write different messages on it now too!
Thank you for participating in my newbie party.
MY GUIDELINES:
Blogging for 6 months or less, and/or  less than 100 followers...
If you are not already a friend of mine, I sure would love for you to be. Everyone who participates in the party, I visit, and become a new friend as well.
I know this chalk board paint is all over trays..I thought chalk stenciling something cute would be a nice change.
I buy all my stencils at
Hobby Lobby.

Also, one more note:
I did a pet party back in the Winter season. It was great fun, and I have since been asked several dozen times to host again...so you asked for it, and I would love too!
Hope to see you.  Any critter or pet qualifies, just give them a name:)

IF you notice your link has disappeared...OOPS you did not follow my guidelines, try again!
And please one more note, turn off Word verification, it is difficult to leave messages, and people leave most of the time if they do not get it right the first time.
