Spreading some more bloggie Love!

I feel like I have been a real slacker lately in blogging! I suppose it is that time of year.
My boys have less than a week of school.
I have not much planned in terms of camps or activities.
Now that they are getting older we just sort of wing it. We do have a vaca planned for two weeks.
I keep them busy, with movies, swimming, local theme park, etc.
We have fun!
What more can I do? I really do not consider myself the entertainment committee. However, they seem to think so:)
How about you, what do you do with children over summer break?
Now onto my actual post.
Love my newbie party!
Some awesome features this week...

This project totally reminded me of something I would come up with and that I love!

is a Studio Artist and a Designer, so she definitely has it all over me. Love this chair~

used some of my favorite things in this projects:
Chalk paint
and Mod Podge

Then this lovely bench transformed by Debbie, just really swooned me!
And we can't forget the cooks in the kitchen....although, this required no cooking.
Beautiful!

Thank you all for participating, and supporting the party.
Each week I meet new bloggers, and the other become old bloggers..
that is because they have participated in my party and have now reached the guidelines. Most are happy about that! In the meantime, they still get to come over and meet you newbies.
Have a great day.
Hop on over and say Hi to these newbs!

Feel free to grab my blab button.

Ooo great projects! I get to hang with our son all Summer and soooo looking forward to it! He's in kindergarten and I missed him so much when he was in school. We go to the beach lots and go for little hikes all the time - I know it's going to go so fast too. Enjoy it!

Great features! Our summers always pass in a blur. Typically WD's travel lacrosse team has us crisscrossing the northeast for much of the summer. Philly, Buffalo, Maryland, Lake Placid, etc. Gaps are filled in with camps & club league. This year he hopes to hit a couple of wrestling tournaments as well as the Bloomsburg U wrestling camp. 9 days in August are devoted to volunteering for the Tennis Challenger Tournament, and that brings us back into the new school year. Winging it sounds good to me.

We travel a lot to visit family during the summer and then it is mostly swimming! We visit some museums here and plantations. I always say I am going to do "lessons" and wonderful crafts, but that never seems to happen! Oh well, we hang out and just enjoy each other!

Those are some great projects and look like things you would make!! That chair is right up your alley!

You are not a slacker - don't know how you find time to do as much as you do. Mine are dealing with their own children now. :D
Have a fun and safe weekend.

Come see me,I made a delish wildblackberry treat from the berry pickin',Hey there's a thought you could always take the boys berrypickin',teehehehehe.

Wow, if you're a slacker I can't imagine what I must be! I love all your featured bloggers crafts, so many talented women out there:)

I was a single mom for most of the boys high school years so if they went somewhere it was usually with their dad. Otherwise they just slept in and made a nice mess for me to come home to (I was working fulltime). Christian will be a senior next year, he'll just fart around most likely all summer but he prefers to be at his dad's b/c his GF is close by...and it's all about the girls right now!!! We will have lots of BBQ's tho and we have a community pool too:)

I have no new ideas other than what you've said for summer vacation. I just need some energy. Any tips for that? I've also been a blogger slacker. Seems May is busier than Dec. Happy Summer!

You are not a slacker to me. I find it amazing that you post as often as you do. Comment at the G.B. almost everytime. It's true, you are amazing. Oh, and by the way, yes, this is "TOTALLY" you.
