Fall decorating, using natural elements from our backyard!

Continuing on my Fall decorating fun,
I thought I would share with you a recent purchase today at Walmart.
I scored this little guy for $7.00.  I was not happy with his original color, but no problem there.  I have left over ASCP, that I will use every last drop!

I have a backyard filled with trees, leaves and pine needles.
So why not bring some indoors to decorate with!

Here is the original little guy....

He is resin, but he has nice grooves, and I thought I would age him up a bit,
Ole squirrel!

I even gave him eyes to see, I just painted the eyes black.

He makes for a cute centerpiece...

Here are a few more peeks at my Fall decor...

That's all for now.
Thanks for all your sweet comments on our pizza oven.  Mike sat down last night and read them all, he was grinning from ear to ear.
NEWBIE party going on

WOW... Do I have a lot to catch up on here in blogland after a MIL filled weekend. The squirrel is perfect, but about that pizza grill. Lordy, it looks like it was built by pros. Fabulous. I'm still in disbelief that you all got that new addition put onto your back to quickly. Amazing. Thanks again for getting me out of my rut and looking at something fun and new to do. What a fun party that was. Already eyeing the mags for the next one. Off and running way too much to look at before dinner time.

He's so cute! I bet Kim really likes him because she loves squirrels for Fall. I buy my groceries at Walmart so, of course, I look at other stuff while I'm there. They can surprise you with some of the good stuff they have! At least you know you got a fair price for it.
