Fall in the Carolinas! {opinion please}

Hello, hello....Happy Friday! Mike is off and we have a fun filled weekend planned!
Just thought I would share some of the beauty going on here now.
First let me ask your honest opinion...I added those roosters to my blog background, should they stay or go?  I don't want anything to distract your dainty eyes.

I sure wish it could stay like this for a while longer...

Soon enough I will have  nothing but a big  mess and  lots of leaves to clean up, and blow.

There is nothing more spectacular than A crisp Fall day and a Carolina blue sky.

We are still not in full peak quite yet.
Have a wonderful day.
Don't forget YAY or NAY on the roo's...you won't hurt my feelings either way.
Do you just like the solid white backgrounds on blogs?
I believe you can only see the roos if you have a larger screen. They are only on the outer sides.
I want to make my friends happy and comfy when they come over.

Loving the foliage pics, very similar to ours in NJ right about now...so pretty :)

I also can only see them when the page loads. I have to zoom out to see them, but then I can't read your blog LOL

I like them though, that was my first initial thought when they popped up.
I love all roosters though :)

I love the roosters, and I thought they are "so Debbie" when I saw the. You are right about the Carolina blue thing for sure! Most of our leaves are gone now, but it was a spectacular season!! Yours look great now! We have done nothing but blow leaves for the last few weeks, so hopefully one more time and we will be done.

I like the roos! I have a 23"wide screen monitor, so I get a couple of inches on either side of the main blog page. They're little and not at all distracting. Beautiful fall photos! We're a couple of weeks past peak here(the snow already started to fly,) so it's nice to see the fall color in your pics. Thanks for sharing.

You know I love fall in the Carolinas:)
as for the roos on the outer edge- they arent obtrusive, so if you like them, keep them. it'll be the holidays soon and you may want to change to something else then..
Have a wonderful weekend with your family and just think of me once in awhile with paint specs covering me.

In my part of NC we are almost at the end of the fall leaves....only a few are still clinging to the trees. The roosters just trim the edge, so they are not distracting, but it did take a little longer for your blog to come up...

The first thing I thought was "those little guys are cute" and while the page was loading I wondered if they would be distracting. They are so not. Your post area is clean and uncluttered and I don't even notice the little roosties while reading. Nice addition. Have a great weekend. Wanda@No Place Like Home

There's snow in our forecast today, and so I shall be lighting a fire, and staying cozy.

Have a wonderful time with your family this weekend!

They aren't bothering me and I normally favor a plain background. I think it's because they are a soft color. Nice change for Fall. I know you like to change things up so keep them. :)

I don't see any roosters on your blog except in the header. I agree with you about this time of year. Everything is still so pretty, but fading fast! We have to savor every minute before it's all gone and naked trees and cold gray skies will be upon us. Depressing isn't it?
