Today we celebrate 15I think I have mentioned what a foodie family we are....we love food, eating out and exploring all kinds of eateries. Today Mike wanted to try this Cuban place that is only about 15 minutes away......I am participating in the BYH party http://byhsa.blogspot.com
Nothing fancy, but the food was outstanding....we had the best time.
We have eaten at many of restaurants, but this was the first time we had Cuban food. It was owned and operated by a couple I am going to say about our age. The nicest people you could imagine. They even gave us free dessert and the owner told Mike I was pretty...so I will be back! HA HA......The most ironic part of this outing was we sat by an elderly couple.....they started chit chatting, they where Cuban themselves I think...they spoke it anyhow....but when speaking to us, the gentleman out of no where, started talking about Buffalo, NY......what a great place it is and how great the people are.....Well of course I had to pipe up and say...we are native Buffalonians....again no reason to tell you this story just thought it was ironic...more good Karma in the air!
As you can see this is the best I get with a picture of my handsome husband of 15 years....real wise guy I say!
I was a bit emotionally today...between my PMS and knowing time passed by ever so quickly....it was nice to end the day with a lovely dinner with my family. We had fun. Happy Anniversary Mike...Love you!!~ XXX000 Oh that collage you see some colored little rubber band like thingies...those are called silly bands, Jack bought them for me today at the book fair....how sweet...he did buy a book too, thank goodness!

Debbie, I love this post! Girl, you have such a great smile! I absolutely love your wedding pics! At first I thought they were some from a magazine or something as your have your back to the camera in the first pic...it's so cool! I then recognized it was you and your hubby as I read and viewed all the pics.

Happy Anniversary, sweet friend! I am so glad you had a nice dinner and what more could you ask for than silly bands. They are the "in" thing you know! Your wedding pictures are beautiful, but I have to say, your hair looks awesome!!!! It is getting longer and I love it curly like that! Hi Debbie: Happy Anniversary...yes the time goes so fast, I know....how strange that the gentlemen started talking about Buffalo...he must have known somehow....Speaking of Buffalo, I can't believe that I've never been to Lillidale and live so close by...have you been there?...Hear it's very eerie and bizarre ....my friends and I have been meaning to go and check it out...I'll have to get on them about it...later!!

Thanks for posting the sign about Cuban food, that was really interesting. I've never tried Cuban food, but it sounds great. I heard an Ethiopian restaurant just opened in our town, may check it out.

Debbie, Congratulations to you and your husband on your 15th Wedding Anniversary. I love the Wedding photos, you are such a beautiful couple. My husband and I had our 26th Wedding Anniversary yesterday. And I say the same thing...I love him more today than the day we said our "I Do's"! We are celebrating tomorrow with a family dinner party. It's been a busy week for us, it was hubbys birthday Sunday, our daughter's birthday Tuesday and our Anniversary. Plus we have about 10 other birthdays this month, such a big family, May is crazy for us, kinda like Christmas, love it! I hope you had a wonderful day, you really deserve it and are truly blessed!

Happy 15th anniversary! My 18th is coming up soon. Your wedding pictures were gorgeous! You are officially cool now that you have those Silly Bandz. Why couldn't I have thought of them? Congratulations on your anniversary!!! That is a big accomplishment and you guys are a great testimony to true love:-) So glad you enjoyed the Cuban food. We actually do have a few Cuban restaurants here but no Puerto Rican food so I have to cook it. So, I sang the National Anthem for the Buffalo Bills a few years back...probably '95 or '96, but I just flew in and out from DC.
Beautiful, just beautiful. 15 years of marriage a real landmark and a reason to celebrate, with crystal or cuban, I wish you and your husband a great, great anniversary as I know you are already both very, very happy.
