{Vintage} Goodwill mirror....{Newbie party started}

You just never know what you can score at the goodwill!
This mirror was a great find for me.  My first makeover was fun and I have had it in several places.  Since doing our bedroom dresser vignette over with new warmer displays, I decided Mr. Mirror, mirror needed a new makeover.!

This was the first Makeover and you may view details

Harvest Romance, and another Lamp redo! modern bedroom

Here it hung for a while last Fall/Winter...
Our bedroom has had a complete makeover since then too. I will show you some updates soon.

And today here is the new makeover...

It now is a romantic chalk board. I have the world's worst handwriting, so I actually used stencils and shaded the numbers and letters on.

A romantic vignette...
{Dried} roses Mike has given me.

I also toned down the color with a  bit of ASCP Duck egg blue I had left over some time ago.

Another easy, inexpensive way to spruce up and old mirror.

Great idea! That idea would be great on a large mirror also so you could transform it into a message center in the kitchen.

Debbie - it looks great but is it my imagination or is it more round now and it looked oval on the wall. Did you cut it down too? You amaze me!!

Great job Debbie, I love the stenciled, shaded on letters and hearts. : ).. My handwriting is ok, but it never turns out well on craft items either. Great solution!
