{DIY} art work on canvas {a for sure oops, now what?}
I wanted to share this very quick DIY artwork done on canvas for the Holidays.
I did not intend for this project, it just came about!
You see I bought these wine labels, Martha Stewart line that I thought would be cute on wine bottles.
They did not stick right. The labels were curling off and looked terrible. Good thing I only paid $2.99 for the pack, because I would have had to take it up with Martha otherwise...LOL! I still love her though!
I just happened to buy a pack of 10 little canvas boards and thought, let me make some cute art work with these labels.
I always have some spare cute little embellishments around.
I just added a touch of Christmas to the Le bain this year.
I guess I was too lazy to go all out.
However, you get the gist in here...so that's all that matters.

The "Let is snow" theme was definitely it for me this year...I just was drawn to the Quote.

What a fun idea, Debbie! Sometimes those "ooops" projects turn out better than the original plan!! Looking forward to seeing what you're going to do with the rest of the canvases. Your art work is adorable. You are a very creative person, and always come up with the best ideas. It's seems like it was meant for the wine labels not to work on the bottles, cause the plaque is so pretty.

I like the "let it snow" idea, too, Debbie, but I am not a fan of the real stuff either! Love the way the canvas turned out. Great way to turn "lemons into lemonade"!

That's a cute idea. The canvas boards you have leftover are bound to get used sooner or later. I know you'll come up with something unique to use them for.
