Spring cleaning, painting, and photographing in the sun!

Happy Saturday morning to you all!
I am doing some serious Spring cleaning today!
How about you?
The sun is shining and oh that makes me happy.

The other day I shared with you some photographs I had taken on a dreary day.
I told you, I have to practice and learn to be a better photographer on a dreary day.
I wanted to show you the simple difference.

My pics from the other day I did not edit, and same goes for the Sunny day pics.
{I think one pic I did soften, but no enhancements or anything like that}

WOW my windows are dirty...that job is for another day!

I prove my theory correct.  It is much better to take indoor pics on a Sunny day.
Just refer to me as Einstein from here on in thank you very much!

In other news today, I am cleaning out the laundry room and getting ready for a fresh coat of paint next week.
These vines have GOTS to go!

I did manage yesterday to squeeze in a spray paint job...Ohhh do I have a new favorite color too!

Have a wonderful weekend everyone!
We are going to a Presidential party this evening.
It is going to be so much fun!

See you tomorrow for the newbie party.

And if you missed my announcement on the
Spring'tacular party, you may read all about that

One last thing and I will let you go...

Linda from Coastal charm.

Congrats Linda..if you can just send me your email address and I will forward it to Shades of Amber.

Some times I can get better shots on a cloudy day so I don't have so much window glare. Your pics look great. Oh, have fun painting next week and have fun at the party. I just had Leila overnight and she just left. We have a funeral to attend tomorrow for a dear old friend.

It's sunny here today, too. The perfect day to take pictures but I think I have exhausted all of my picture taking indoors. I just wish something were blooming outside.

I love those green spidery flowers. They last a long time, too!

Good luck with your laundry room project and have fun at the party!

XO,
Jane

HI Deb, we are having a beautiful day today but I had to go to the grocery since we just got home. I am finished unpacking so that is done and the wash is in the dryer. My back is pretty good today. Hopefully better each day. XO, Pinky

I am sitting on my tushy, watching (ie directing)my hubby organize our basement storage area. Oh the joys of being pregnant and not able to bend. I'd rather be doing the work-it drives me crazy to watch someone else do it, but at least it's getting done =)

Yes indeed...it has a lot to do with light.:-) Beautiful sunlit shots, Debbie.

I am trying to do a little spring cleaning. Although, I have an idea I will put most of it off until J's month long recuperation is finished. He worries about the little ol' lady and keeps wanting to help!! It's all I can do to keep him from lifting his left arm as it is.:-)
