A new doo!

Have you ever looked in the mirror, and thought to yourself...I am so over you and this look?
I used to be very creative with my hairstyles, cut and color.
Seems since I started blogging my creativity is just on my home and not myself.
So today,that was it!

I went to my hairdresser and I told her, Have fun, do what you want!
She was very excited to say the least.
She chopped, highlighted and added a few new feather heads.

Yeah,  I know I am probably too old for this look, but hey, trying to stay young.
My older boy said I look like a teenager...is that a good thing or a bad thing???

This picture is for Ruby Jean {inside joke}

Sweater dress and boots from
Rue 21.

Have a great night all.
I am ready for Christmas now..whoo hoo!

I love the new doo! I just got a new one, too, but I'm too shy to show it. I didn't know we could shop at Rue 21...I thought you had to be under 21 to go in! :) Maybe I'll check it out next time I'm in the mall. (But I DID just buy a similar sweater dress and boots. You're never to old to have a cute outfit or two...or a hundred).

I've found stylists usually do a better job when you go in with no expectations. I used to bring pictures in, only to have them tell me what I wanted wouldn't work with my hair texture or face shape.

When I've gotten my hair cut the last few times, I just tell them to do whatever, but they will show me examples from their books before they cut.

I really like the haircut you got this time!
