Cutting edge stencil ceiling medallion! {my personal review}

I cannot tell you how very happy I was to receive my new cutting edge stencil in the mail.
Did not take me long to get right into it. I had to wait until my husband was around, because I certainly needed his help getting the stencil up on the ceiling.

This is what I chose....
The Georgian

The Georgian Ceiling Medallion Stencil
I decided I would as shown here, use all one color.
I used the color Antique copper craft paint.

                                                                              {Evening shot}

I have two of these lights in our loft area, better known as my blog and blab area.
I have been in the process of revamping a few things up here..which I will show you soon.
For the record, this is what it looks like now.

Funny, the vacuum is always out, what do I think I am going to vacuum around this mess? Weird, I know I am!

I have been doing a lot of cleaning and organizing.  One thing I have learned about myself, is when things are not complete, or in order, I lose sleep over it.  Seriously, I do, and it seems to be getting worse as I age.

This was NOT a difficult project by any means.  Just a little hard looking up at times, but the process of rolling and drying time was fast.
Nice thing about this medallion is it comes in a half sheet.
So you do one side first, then remove, and do the other side.

This decor on top you see is nothing new, just rearranged and in new places.
The candles came from Z-gallery as did the vintage looking box.
Picture frame was a gift, and the orange flowers are from Pier I.
The wooden piece with the flowers behind my desk is also from Pier I, and I scored that for $25.00 a few years back.
It was  steal.

Once the rest of my blogs and blabs area is complete you will see a better picture of it all.

If you are considering any stencil jobs in the near future, I would highly recommend cutting edge stencils.
High quality and very easy to work with.
I was  given this stencil for hosting my giveaway.
{ review and opinion is my very own.}

This totally rocks. I love love love it. Maybe, even a wee bit better than the showers, but both are fab. Please don't change your blog and blab place too much. You might get me started and that would never end then. As always, a treat and feast for the eyes here in Debbie Do land.

That is a nice alternative to the typical ceiling medallions that you normally see. You did a good job with yours. I can imagine that it wasn't too easy to paint that on the ceiling. Your light fixtures that you painted around are very pretty. Can't wait to see the finished room!

I think your stenciled ceiling looks so much better than those medallions!
Love that copper color! In the house we lived in previously, we painted the ceiling in the entrance a metallic copper color. It was dramatic, and I always loved it.

Great job as usual, I love the vintage looking box too. : ).. As for the vacuum, you aren't weird for that. I had a co-worker who had seven vacuums, including one to vacuum her other vacuums and one for the ceiling. Lol. She was a little OCD about vacuums. Just a little, not so you would notice or anything. At least you still vacuum around things. That's normal!
